Terms of Service

Welcome to www.MakeMyFunnelGreatAgain.com (“Website”), operated by Funnel Fuse, LLC (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Website and the services offered, including the Landing Page Redesign and Funnel Audit (the “Services”), you (“Client,” “user,” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

1.1 Landing Page Redesign

- The Landing Page Redesign service focuses on redesigning existing landing pages on supported platforms (ClickFunnels 2.0, ClickFunnels Classic, and Go High Level).

- This service does not include creating new pages, backend funnel setup, or features outside the redesign scope unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

- Clients are responsible for ensuring access to their funnel builder software is provided promptly after purchase.

1.2 Funnel Audit (Order Bump)

- The Funnel Audit includes an analysis and recommendations for improving the Client’s funnel performance.

- This service is advisory in nature and does not include implementation or additional consulting unless specified.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Onboarding

- Clients must complete all onboarding steps, including providing access credentials, intake forms, and requested materials, within 45 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of service without refund.

2.2 Legal Compliance

- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that their funnels comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, applicable laws, and regulations.

- Funnel Fuse, LLC does not provide legal advice or compliance verification services.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

- Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information for all services. Funnel Fuse, LLC is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees

- Payment for all services is due in full at the time of purchase. Pricing for services, including any promotional discounts, will be reflected in the Client’s invoice.

3.2 No Refund Policy

- All payments made are final and non-refundable, including payments for services not used, onboarding not completed, or dissatisfaction with the services rendered.

4. Delivery and Timelines

4.1 Landing Page Redesign

- Delivery of redesigned pages will be completed within 2-3 weeks of receiving all required materials and access.

- The Service Provider will deliver pages using one of the following methods:

- Cloned pages in the Client’s account (if access is provided).

- Share funnel links (if access is not provided).

4.2 Funnel Audit

- Funnel Audit reports will be delivered within 10 business days of completing the intake process.

4.3 Revisions and Approval

- The Landing Page Redesign service does not include revision opportunities or approval processes. The final delivery will be based on the intake form provided by the Client.

5. Communication

5.1 Primary Communication Channels

- All communication regarding services will occur via email. A member of the Funnel Fuse team will provide updates or clarifications as needed.

5.2 Strategy and Consulting Sessions

- Private strategy sessions, live meetings, or additional consulting are not included unless explicitly purchased.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantees

- Funnel Fuse, LLC makes no guarantees regarding financial performance, funnel success, or any specific outcomes resulting from the use of the Services.

6.2 Third-Party Platforms

- Funnel Fuse, LLC uses third-party platforms (e.g., ClickFunnels) for funnel creation and redesign. We are not responsible for technical issues, bugs, or malfunctions within these platforms.

6.3 Exclusion of Liability

- Funnel Fuse, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or the Website.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

- The Client retains ownership of all content and materials provided for the Services. Funnel Fuse, LLC retains ownership of any proprietary methodologies, designs, and templates used or created during the Services.

7.2 License

- Funnel Fuse, LLC grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any designs, pages, or recommendations delivered as part of the Services.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Funnel Fuse, LLC

- Funnel Fuse, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to provide required materials within 45 days of purchase or violates these Terms of Service.

8.2 Termination by Client

- Clients may cancel services; however, no refunds will be provided for payments already made.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Mediation

- Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall first be submitted to mediation in Cochise County, Arizona.

9.2 Governing Law

- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Amendments

- Funnel Fuse, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the Website.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, along with the Website Services and Consulting Agreement and applicable Exhibits, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.
